We build premium quality childcare centres. Our team of subject matter experts will create a thoughtfully designed environment that is both nurturing and stimulating, whilst providing appropriate levels of challenge and risk to engage the natural curiosity and developmental growth for children at every stage. Particular attention is provided to encumbered and non-encumbered spaces so that maximum allocation is provided to childcare places.
Our first centre was built in 2019 at 50 Bolton Street and our King Street project will be operational in 2023. We are always on the lookout for the right location for future childcare developments and partnering with great operators who are dedicated, as we are, to our children’s future.

David Cohen & Co Heritage Building
Respecting our heritage for the future.
The David Cohen & Co Warehouse building was designed by Frederick B. Menkens after his release from debtors' prison and was registered on the NSW State Heritage Register in April 1999.
As part of the Bolton Street carpark and childcare development, the heritage listed façade and side wall were meticulously restored. This is a labour of love for the Hunter Group, and we feel privileged to remain the custodians of this piece of history for future generations.
